SharePoint Mobile Sync – Help
Not seeing the fields you want? Make sure your SharePoint List View has the fields you want and they will appear in the dropdown (see below, right side).

Free App (full functionality): SharePoint Mobile Sync
You will need to enter the Connection ID into this App. The Connection ID is part of the URL we emailed you and can also be found on your Dashboard page ( example: card.msync.io/x1tyu5 )
Troubleshooting:
If your device reports a problem with finding the server, double check that you entered everything properly. For the most part your device will tell you what the problem is. For example, if it fails to authenticate, you should double check the SharePoint domain/username and password you entered.
- Settings
- Mail, Contacts, Calendars
- Under “Accounts” section:
- Add Account…
- Select “Other”
- Under “Contacts” section:
- Add CardDAV Account
- Server: Use the CardDAV Server address we emailed you. This can also be found on your Dashboard page (example: card.msync.io/x1tyu5)
- User Name: SharePoint username (example: domain\username).
- Password: SharePoint password.
- Description: descriptive name you will understand later (example: Alpha Project Team Members).
- Add CardDAV Account
- Next (if you typed in everything correctly, you are done – your device will start synchronizing).
